Tamper-Evident Audit Chain
Every AI extraction, human review and register mutation is sealed into a SHA-256 hash chain. Retroactive edits break every subsequent seal.

Why it matters: SEBI inspections turn on evidence integrity. Because each entry's seal covers the previous entry's seal, no record — AI-generated or human — can be silently rewritten after the fact. The same property makes AI extractions defensible: model id, prompt hash and clause provenance ride inside the sealed payload.
